Bureau Bypass is do-it-yourself credit file review software operated by JSN Enterprises LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to this policy.

Bureau Bypass is educational self-help software, not a credit repair organization, credit bureau, or law firm. We do not promise deletion of any item or any particular credit score change.

Account information: your name and email address, and a password handled by our authentication provider.

Credit file information: the contents of the credit report disclosures you upload or enter, including account names, balances, payment histories, dates of first delinquency, and scheduled removal dates, plus the dispute letters, reminders, and notes you create in the app.

Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe provides us your subscription status and billing email.

Usage information: basic technical records such as sign-in events and app activity needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service: parse your uploaded disclosures, calculate removal and early-exclusion dates, generate draft dispute letters, store your letters, and send the reminders you schedule.

To manage your account and subscription, process payments, and send transactional email such as removal reminders and account notices.

To protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your credit file data for advertising.

Service providers that help us operate the service: hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, and payment processing (Stripe). These providers process information only on our behalf.

Bureaus and creditors: when you choose to send a dispute letter, you send it yourself. We do not send anything to a credit bureau, creditor, or collector on your behalf.

Legal reasons: if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the service and its users.

Your uploaded file contents, calculated dates, letters, and reminders are kept while your account is active so the service can work for you. You can delete individual items in the app at any time.

You can request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it by contacting us. We will delete your account data, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We protect your data in transit and at rest, use authenticated access for all account data, and restrict internal access to what is needed to operate the service. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Bureau Bypass is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
